1. RETURNS

If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team at support@plot87.com within 3 days of receiving your order. You will be provided the amount in the form of store credit (read below for details). Each return will be charged at ₹150 and will be deducted from the amount of store credit you receive.


Please note that we reserve the right to decline an exchange/return if;

(1) the product/s are returned after use.

(2) the products are damaged.

(3) the original packaging has been removed (such as hang tags)

We require 4-7 business days to process the store credit once we receive the returned item.

 

2. EXCHANGES

As we currently don't provide size exchanges, we highly recommend checking the size guide before placing an order. The size guide is available on every product page for your reference. In case you are still confused, you can always drop a mail to support@plot87.com for any size related queries. We'll be there to help you out :)

 

3. ALL REFUNDS

Cancellation and cash refunds are not possible for any orders. In the case of a return, you will be charged at ₹150 and will be deducted from the amount of store credit you receive for the return of the original amount you paid. 

If you receive a defective product or with any manufacturing defect, please visit our portal form or send images with your order ID to support@plot87.com and we will respond within 48 hours. In this case, we will replace the item for you. 

 

4. WHAT IS STORE CREDIT?

Store credit is a value that we offer you toward any purchase you make with Plot 87. This credit is usually not transferable to other stores or brands, and our store credit is usually provided in the form of a coupon code that does not expire like temporary sales or promotions.
